Investment casting, a sophisticated manufacturing process, primarily consists of four key steps: wax pattern making, shell building, pouring, and post-casting processing. Among these, the wax pattern making stage is particularly critical as it involves the use of a highly precise wax pattern mold. A well-designed and properly manufactured wax pattern mold serves as the foundation for producing high-quality investment castings. We place great emphasis on the development of wax pattern molds, especially focusing on the design of the gating system, the selection of gate locations, and the configuration of wax rods corresponding to the product. These design decisions are thoroughly evaluated and finalized during the initial stages of mold development, preventing technical setbacks during sample production and ensuring on-time delivery.
